Explanation: Listening plays an important role in business level and non-business tasks. Listening supports effective relationship within the organization enhances the organization’s delivery of products. Listening grows from both aspects internal and external forces. It shows good management with customers when it serves. Hearing is a physical ability while listening is a skill. Listening skills allow one to make sense of and understand what another person is saying. So, a good listener will be a good speaker.
Types of Listening:
The three types of listening differ not only in purposes.

Ø  The goal of content listening is to understand and retain information imparted by a speaker. Clear that increasing your vocabulary will increase your potential for better understanding.
Ø  You may ask questions, but basically information flows from speaker to you.
Ø  Your job is identify the key points for message, so be sure to listen attentively to its structure.
How to be a better listener:
